Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Screen Printing Press Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the screen printing process by preparing materials, assisting press operators, and ensuring efficient production flow. Key Responsibilities

  • Production Assistance: Assist the press operator in setting up and operating screen printing equipment, prepare screens, squeegees, and inks, and load/unload garments or substrates onto the press.
  • Quality Control: Inspect finished products for print accuracy, color consistency, and overall quality.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Clean screens, presses, and other equipment after each production run and perform routine maintenance.
  • Workflow Support: Organize and stage materials for upcoming jobs and assist with inventory management.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with press operators and production team members to meet deadlines and maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Qualifications

  • Required: Strong attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, willingness to learn, and physical ability to lift up to 45 pounds.
  • Preferred: Previous screen printing experience, familiarity with screen printing equipment, and understanding of colors, inks, and graphic design principles.

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and personable Local Sales Representative to join our team! This role involves meeting with customers, both at their locations and in the office, to sell our decorated apparel and services. The ideal candidate will help expand our client base while maintaining excellent relationships with existing customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with local businesses, schools, and organizations.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the community.
  • Conduct in-person and virtual meetings to present product offerings and solutions.
  • Collaborate with our production team to ensure customer needs and expectations are met.
  • Maintain a detailed understanding of our services, including screen printing, embroidery, digitizing, patches, and more.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Prepare and deliver quotes and proposals tailored to customer requirements.
  • Travel locally to meet clients (valid driver’s license required).

Qualifications

Preferred but not Required:

  • Previous sales experience in apparel, screen printing, embroidery, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with the local community and businesses.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Willingness to learn about our products and services.
  • Basic computer skills (email, CRM software, etc.).
  • Ability to work both from home and in-office as needed.
  • Reliable transportation for local travel.
